BANG is an urban-inspired mixed fitness class using specially designed weighted gloves. A fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance, and bodyweight training – this class will take your workout to a whole new “banging” level!

 Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

 
Sensazão is a quality-driven, challenging, yet effective, dance fitness program. Using powerful choreography danced to exciting music, we make sure your workout with us is safe, intense, and gratifying. A typical class lasts 60 minutes and burns 200 to 1000 calories.
